| Introduction | I'm one of the many twentysomethings out there trying to make something of herself. I have a bachelor of music degree in piano performance from Penn State University (main campus) and a bachelor of science in nursing degree that I got through an accelerated second-degree program. I'm currently working towards obtaining my master's degree in nursing to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. Despite the years since I last performed as a concert pianist in public becoming greater in number, I still have an enormous passion for music, and I love to share that with everyone. My absolute favorite activity is playing the piano and singing. Afterall, I've been doing it since I was 8 years old. :) So I guess you might ask why I'm a nurse? Well I love that too. And after a hard day working at the hospital, I know I've got my music to come home to - and somehow, that makes things just a little bit easier to deal with.
