| Introduction | This blog is about what ends up on my plate. I really enjoy tweaking recipes and trying new foods. I am a fish-eating vegetarian so that's why most of the food on my blog is meat free. I enjoy gardening and growing my own food. Preserving the harvest is also very satisfying for me. When I close my eyes at night, rest assured there will be dirt under my fingernails from the garden and beans soaking in the kitchen for the next day....and that's how I like it. |
