Introduction	I began this blog as a way to "pack" my recipes when I moved to China for a few months. Which ended up being completely unnecessary, since the area we lived in didn't have ANY western groceries. Haha! You live and learn. But I like having my recipes organized and in one spot, so I'm continuing on. I only put the recipes on here that make me so happy, that are just so GOOD, that I am compelled to give them a little shimmy as I'm eating. You know I love what I'm eating when I shimmy at it.
