| Introduction | Here's what you need to know about me: nothing. ;) Ok, ok, I'm kidding. Here's the info. I teach the 8th grade, and I love it. In my free time, I cook and bake...a lot... and I love that too. For years, I've been told by many who are near and dear to me to sell my food, or write a blog, and I've always been resistant for this reason: I'm not a professional chef or baker...I'm a professional teacher..duh. But, recently, the blog thing started to sound like a good idea, a fun outlet to share my recipes with the world. So, here we are. You now have the opportunity to see inside my kitchen (and my mind).
