| Introduction | Before becoming a mum, I worked for the Foreign Office - a career I plan to return to at some stage. I was recently evacuated from Syria where my husband (also in the diplomatic service) was working at the British Embassy. Due to an unforeseen revolution however, we found ourselves unexpectedly back in London camping with parents. A few months later we moved to South Africa. |
