| Introduction | I am a carer to my daughter who is an Indigo adult. She has Turner Syndrome. She was not diagnosed until she was 21 years of age. She has sadly missed growth hormones and Oestrogen which would have helped her. She was originally diagnosed with Global Delay Development at the age of 3.However I was told it was Language Receptive Disability. We have been put on this long journey which has not been easy. We are praying that when someone told us that Indigos are here to change government laws that it will truly happen. I am sharing her experiences and mine and the blog is not just about disability. I will write what comes on the day. My personal photographs and poems are copyright. Anything else I don't mind sharing. |
| Interests | I continue to try and speak up on Disability Rights. Change needs to happen not only for my daughter but for others whose voices are not heard. I was learning Spanish. I also speak Maltese. I rarely take a pill unless I have to and prefer to look up natural products. I love eggs and trees.. poppies and the moon.The sunset and the stars. I used to work in Horticulture and love flowers......... I live a spiritual way of life...I love reading but tend to read more on here. I love cooking from every nation adore nature and love walks in the woods. I love sunset and sunrise but most of all I admire people who try and make a difference and speak up on what they believe. My life revolves around my daughter and trying to fight for change for her and others who have a Disablity. I read all disability news and keep up to date with some political news as much as I can, time is a problem. I was born in Malta. I love foreign food and the people from every nation. I would like to see Andrea Bocelli in concert and see Venice and Rome. Maybe the Maldives and Peru but so far the shopping centre is as far as I go. I love the internet it has much to offer but would love to see easy reading in all aspects of life. I have an interest in politics even if I understand little.... I care about Human rights and hate people suffering and if I had enough money I would help others............I am a spiritual lady but I don't belong to any groups. |

| Favorite Music | Eric Clapton, Eva Cassidy Some classical and Spanish guitar. My favourite is Andrea Bocelli and would love to see him in concert. I love Nina Simone she is my favourite woman artist and has never changed.I like something from everything except rap.. |
