| Introduction | Michael Iveoghene Ofomukoro, also known as Micali, began his musical journey at First Baptist Church Ughelli North Delta State, Nigeria, where he sang in the choir for over a decade before releasing his debut album of five songs in 2005. Born into a devout Christian family to Late Chief Khalil Aregbe Ofomukoro and Mrs. Toristeju Eustachia Ofomukoro, Micali hails proudly from Agbarha-Otor in Ughelli, the headquarters of Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. In 2007, Micali joined the renowned music group 'Mascot' in Benin City, Edo State, serving as their lead singer. Despite challenges, he recorded his third album with a notable label under 'Street Beat' owned by Mr. Rodney Egbenoma, though it faced setbacks before gaining traction. Following this, he endeavored to collaborate with Mr. 'Free' but faced financial constraints. Nevertheless, Micali's perseverance and divine favor led to the success of his latest singles, which are now available on major streaming platforms such as YouTube, SoundCloud, iTunes, Amazon Prime, Audiomack, and Spotify. |
