Introduction	Jane has been in the field of early childhood education for about 30 years now. She has a BA in child psychology. She has run a home daycare for many years as well as teaching at preschools and other childcare settings. Mela (Jane's eldest daughter)has two AA degrees in early childhood education and special education. She has worked for many years as a nanny, as well as working in larger group settings, and running her own daycare. Now Jane and Mela are running a daycare together at Jane's House. Some days we are both present, other days just one of us will be -depending on the size of the group.
