| Introduction | The Poachers Brewery opened in 2001 as a 5 barrel brewery in an industrial unit situated on the former site of RAF Swinderby. Today, the brewery operates from a converted barn at the rear of the brewer's house (George Batterbee) in North Hykeham using a 2.5 barrel plant. All the beers brewed by Poachers are available in bottle-conditioned form. |
