Introduction	I'm a strength coach and personal trainer in Upstate, NY. I currently work at Siena College as an Assistant S&C Coach and I am also the S&C Coach for the Albany Legends. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and I am also a Functional Movement Specialist, certified through FMS. My passion is training athletes, as well as anybody else who has a desire to better themself through strength training and conditioning. This website will give information on what I read, learn and how I work with my athletes and clients.
