| Introduction | A blog about life in general but lately in the last couple years has turned to a blog about my experiences through running. There will still be posts about family life as well as running as I continue with this new found love. The title of my blog "You'll Always Have My Heart" comes from wanting to always keep my son, Porter, in my memory as he was taken from me in March 2010 in a tragic hiking accident. |
