Introduction	Bee J started up with the name of “Bee Jay” or in mandarin “必佳” which literally means “sure good”. “Bee Jay” was then changed to “Bee J” in 2009. Bee Jay started it first outlet in 2005 in 7th Mile Jolly Food Court, Kuching with one little wok, 1 boss, one worker and selling only 1 type of you tiao. Bee J has started to expand in 2009 and now has 3 outlets spread in different places in Kuching. Apart from traditional you tiao, Bee J now serves you tiao with fillings, namely, kaya, mayo, chicken floss, sausage, peanut butter and the latest products developed by Bee J is you tiao filled with satay and otak-otak topped with tantalizing sauce.
