Introduction	I am a stay at home mom to a beautiful little boy Kaiden and am loving every minute of it. My journey into motherhood has opened my eyes to many things I never really thought about before. These include natural birth, natural parenting, real food nutrition and toxins in our environment. I am learning new things every day and having a lot of fun doing it. I am married to my awesome hubby Cody who is very supportive even if sometimes he thinks I'm a little crazy!
