Introduction	I am a person who thoroughly enjoys life. I have 4 children. Over the last 20 years I have lived with bipolar disorder and recovery from alcoholism. I am writing this blog to share my experience strength and hope with others about the challenges and opportunities these two diseases have brought me to. I feel I have been blessed with the opportunity to overcome and not so gracefully walk through life rather than running from it. My life has been a rocky road but one I would not change a single thing in because it makes me the person I am today. The person I have become today I embrace. There is not a challenge I back down from and adventure I dread. I accept who and what I am with all my heart and soul. Trudging the road of happy destiny with the opportunity to cooperate with life on life's terms is the only way I know how to live today.
