| Introduction | I am 59, going on 20. I was born in upstate New York, grew up in Buffalo. Quit school when I was 17 and joined the Army. Did a tour in Okinawa and Thailand, got out and spent the subsequent 3 years on the road. Was, for a time, a bona fide Hippie, even. Since then, I have lived and worked in several states, doing everything from driving truck to being a secretary. I am married to my 4th wife, for the second time, though we have been together pretty much the past 20 years. We are saving for a trip to Ireland as I write this. Hopefully, in a couple more years, we will make that trip. Other than my stated interests, that about covers it. |

| Favorite Music | Pink Floyd, Enigma, Vangelis, Afro Celt Sound System, all sorts of, Rock, Soul, and assorted, New Age, and, Electronic Music. Even have a couple of symphonies, by Tchaiakovsky and others in my collection. |
| Favorite Books | A Prayer for Owen Meany, Sometimes a Great Notion, Catch-22, All the, Travis McGee, Novels, Everything by, Kurt Vonnegut, Tom Robbins, and, Richard K. Morgan, To Kill a Mockingbird, A Separate Peace, Watership Down, The Wonder Boys, and, Kavalier and Clay, a large number of Sci-Fi novels by folks like Larry Niven, Greg Bear, Hal Clement, and, Poul Anderson. |
