Introduction	Is it possible to “invest” in everyday items, collectibles, antiques, oddities to make a decent return? That is what the Odd Investor is setting out to explore. Starting with a relatively small amount of money, each week I hope to purchase and resell an item to make a profitable return on it, treating it as an investment vehicle. Then taking those profits and rolling them into more items growing that original “investment”. This blog will chronicle my “investments” and see how well I do for a calendar year! Will my return on my original investment rival the major stock indexes? Or at the end of the year, will I have lost? What sort of odd items that are normally overlooked by people bring in profits?
