| Introduction | I have 30 years gigging experience & over 20 years experience in youth work and facilitating learning in a number of different sectors. My aim is to use creative solutions to encourage social change which leads toward better disability equality and inclusive practice. I endeavour to provide non-prescriptive programmes of learning based upon a critically reflective & liberating model of learning. I have worked in most types of media including tv, radio, online & performing arts, but essentially my style of learning is based upon encouraging learners (including myself) to engage in dialogue which brings about transformation in attitude and understanding. Specialties: Disability Equality, Inclusive, Youth Work, formal and informal learning, Independent Living, Music & Performing Arts, Publications include "So What Is Inclusion" & "It's My Money". I have developed and delivered accredited programmes in Disability Equality, Inclusion, Mentoring, Facilitation & Independent Living.
