Introduction	I've been cooking ever since I can remember. My mother is a wonderful cook/baker, and she taught me to love it. Baking is simple, you follow the directions and you get good results. With cooking, you go with your gut. As a result, I've stuck pretty much to baking. It hasn't been until the last couple years that I've gotten more adventurous when it comes to cooking. I got older the things I've made have become more complex. Would you believe that I read cookbooks for fun?? In this blog, I'll share all of my hard earned secrets, from truffles to tuna.
