| Introduction | I have dedicated this blog to writing about farmers markets in the Greater Boston area. I started shopping at farmers markets about 5 years ago in an effort to begin eating organic foods. In addition to eating organic foods, I learned about eating local and eating in-season. It has become a hobby of mine to shop weekly at the farmers market and try recipes with in-season fruits and vegetables that I can share with others. I hope to provide readers with information on where to find a farmers market in the Boston area, recipes using local ingredients, and my newest hobby, preserving these fruits and veggies for the winter months.
