| Introduction | I have owned and managed oceanfront rental villas on Grand Cayman since 1999. We visit the island every 5-6 weeks and feel that we know the island very well (both under the water and above). In 2006, I started managing the rental calendars and advertising for 2 dozen other (friend's) homes and acting as agent for other oceanfront homes. We only list oceanfront properties that we would stay in ourselves and pride ourselves with being able to offer local "insiders" information to our clients. We also represent a few of the nicer condos on 7 Mile Beach. We belong to the Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) and support local charitable organizations and efforts on the northside and east end of the island. I am known by many people on the northside and east end of the island and enjoy a reputation for hard work and perseverance in bringing back the "Cayman Castle" Villa to life as a luxury rental villa. We don't have any reciprocal commission agreements with vendors on the island; so that we can offer independent advice and send business to those vendors who provide the best service for our villa guests. |
