| Introduction | Do you love to solve problems, figure out new ways to do things and flesh out new ideas? So do I. It’s a kick to see people’s interest and hope rise as they learn new things from people who care about the same things they do. In my career, I work with people to find out what is already known but not widely shared. I get to that by what I’m known for most - asking questions no one else asks. As we get different answers, that leads to different or fuller problem definitions and then, like a map, the information leads us to different solutions. The value is quick, easy-to-work-with, elegant solutions that everyone believes are worth the effort of implementing.
