| Introduction | I had been a professional opera singer for my entire adult life until 6 years ago, when I decided to take my life in a new direction. Truthfully, I found my self-esteem wavering from low to high as I absorbed the opinions of those around me: my agent, the audience, patrons, friends, etc. I found myself unhappy and unable to enjoy the simple act of singing. So, I quit. I lost over 100 pounds. I began building myself. I make it sound so simple and so Hollywood story, but it was difficult. It is far from over. Flash to present, I am a married mother of two toddler girls. I teach private voice and am a certified personal trainer and life coach. I recently decided to go back into singing professionally, this time, with core intact and unshakeable. My primary goal in life is to have fun loving and to have love funning - to connect with and love as many people as I can. |
