Introduction	Orlo Stitt is the founder and current President of Stitt Energy Systems, Inc., an Energy Star® design/build firm located in Northwest Arkansas since 1978. He is a past president of the NWA HBA, an NAHB Certified Green Professional; a partner in the U.S. Department of Energy’s "Home Challenge" program; a certified Home Energy Rater; and past member of the RESNET Board of Directors. He has taught seminars on energy efficiency and presented technical papers locally and nationally. He has a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He is the author of a book, "Holistically Green Homes" and lives near Rogers AR with his wife Mary in a near-zero energy home in a sustainable, energy-planned community, South Sun Estates which he developed.
