| Introduction | Graduate of Frackville High School in 1958. Joined the Navy from 1958-1961. Worked for IBM from 1961-1993. Started Garard Enterprises part time in 1981. After retirement I went full time and still at it now for over 30 years. Married to a wonderful woman. Together we have two terriffic children, both girls. |
