Introduction	Growing up in the city, I never thought I would someday be a farm wife. I have always loved the outdoors, animals, and a simple life. Farming gives me all of these things. High School teaching gives me a break from the solitude of farm life, and farming an escape from the busy days at the high school. My mind is always thinking of the next project of cooking, sewing, decorating, or organizing to satisfy the creative side of me.
