| Introduction | Welcome! I'm Roxanne a mother to three amazing children, a 6 year old son and 3 year old girl/boy twins. I'm attempting to balance life as it is handed to me. I am one of the first Independent Team Beachbody Coaches in Canada! I am so excited for this opportunity! Beachbody has changed so many lives and I am so proud to be a part of it! I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years now. I have helped a lot of people lose weight, re-discover their love of exercise and have given many people a new outlook on life!
