Introduction	Norkhalila Mae is her name -- although she is fondly called by her nickname, Khal. She goes by this description: "Philosopher. Moro. Filipino. Woman. Peace Advocate. Traveler. Public Servant. Wanna-be-lawyer. Chocolate-lover." She is a self-confessed Plants-versus-Zombies addict (yes, even after surviving the adventure mode, she still plays it over and over again). She is madly-deeply hooked with the love of her love, her hubby who is also her best friend. She loves to travel, write, sing, dance, draw, debate and read. She is also fascinated with photography even with 3-year old Canon digital camera. Though most of the time, she prefers to pose than take pictures! She would still like to hold on to the title as a “youth leader” even if she is already in her late twenties. She is a great fan of humanity and cross-cultural understanding. A Muslim by choice and conviction, Khal advocates world peace. And oh, she has a degree in Philosophy and an unfinished business in LLB. Phil. Minority Program 2010; SSEAYP 2009; CIPYML 2008; MSU USLA 2006; CEGP 2005; AYLC 2005. Khal is the youngest and first female Regional Cabinet Secretary of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
