| Introduction | I was never a runner as a kid. Having 3 children in 2 and a bit years(I had 2 at once!) and moving to a new country did something to me! I joined a gym, put the kids in child care and found a treadmill! I ran my first race, in 2002. Since then I have run numerous races anything from a 5k to a marathon.I have completed several triathlons including a 70.3 I run because I can and all you need is a pair of running shoes.You can go by yourself at anytime of the day or night! or with other people. I run to keep sane from the craziness of everyday life with a husband,3 children and a dog! |
