Introduction	To provide practical, responsive and cost effective representation, Mr. Schain opened the Schain Law Firm in 1994. A Pennsylvania State University (B.A. 1986) and University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D., 1989) graduate, Mr. Schain served as editor of the University of Pittsburgh’s Law Review. Before opening his Firm, Mr. Schain served as law clerk to a United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and worked for Blank Rome, Philadelphia’s largest and most prestigious law firm. Mr. Schain is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, serves as a court appointed arbitrator and is a frequent Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Bar Institute author and lecturer on topics including civil litigation, personal injury and ethics.
