| Introduction | Inspired by the BBC’s ‘Grumpy Old Women’ and The Guardian’s ‘Hard Sell’, I have realised that I am, in fact, a grumpy teenager. I am an extremely happy and content person (just give me a cup of tea and a biscuit), yet give me pen and paper as weapons, and my tongue becomes sharp, pleasantries will not form, and my thoughts come poring out in a torrent of sarcasm, sardonicism and cynicism.
