Introduction	Hello my name is Elizabeth Lim (mFHT) started doing massage therapy since late 2009 with qualification in Swedish massage, consecutive years I progressed with new qualification in Indian head massage, Hot & cold stones massage, Sports massage, Cupping therapy and recently Reflexology. I have helped many clients to release tension on the neck and shoulder areas with firm pressure massage techniques and the outcome they felt revive and have better range of movement.
