| Introduction | Jack H. Raber, Pharm.D., is a 1975 graduate of the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy and is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at his alma mater where he teaches classes in pharmacy risk management and pharmacy law. During his professional career, he has been a practicing clinical pharmacist, a hospital pharmacy director, a regional hospital pharmacy administrator, and a consultant in private practice. Through his company, Clinipharm Services, Dr. Raber provides expertise in all aspects of contemporary pharmacy practice as well as pharmacy- and pharmaceuticals-related litigation support. He is also a freelance medical writer on a variety of healthcare topics. Dr. Raber is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, California Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Medical Writers Association, American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, and Southern California Society for Healthcare Risk Management. |
