His book, Classic Wines of the Napa Valley was short listed for the International Wine Book of the Year and has been reprinted as an e-book. He is also the author of The Wine Companion to Napa and Sonoma. With his wife, Ann Walker, he has written five books: Season in Spain, (Simon & Schuster) Pleasures of the Canary Islands, (Wine Appreciation Guild) Tequila: the Book, (Chronicle Books) Tapas, (Chronicle Books) The Best of California. (Collins Publishers.) Presently working on In the Pink/Living With Rosé, to be published in 2017 by Wine Appreciation Guild. Also writing the second volume of a mystery series, Tijuana Trilogy. |
