| Introduction | Where do I begin ... I am a wife, a mother, a sister, an Aunt, a teacher, the maid, the taxi driver, a scrapbooker, a runner, and now a CrossFitter!! I have always been active and into running and weight training. Over the past two years I have gotten away from the gym and pretty much only been running. I am glad to say that I am finally back. I have seen the results from many of my friends who have been doing CF and I want to be them. What I am really looking forward to is trying the Endurance program. Training for a marathon without the long runs?????? I am told it works so I am going to put it to the test! Will train with a few other ladies for a half marathon using the CFEndurance program! I can't wait! |
