Introduction	I started running in 2009 to lose weight and get into shape...I had never run ever! Turns out I liked it, and have run a half and full marathon since then. Now, in addition to running this year I plan on doing a triathlon! This blog will allow friends and family to follow my training, and hopefully provide some humor along the way.
