| Introduction | I'm married to my best friend of 31 years and we have 5 beautiful children. About 15 years ago, I decided to become a Massage Therapist; my specialty is gentle healing for chronic pain and injury. My practice has focused on Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, and Neuro Structural Technique. A few years ago, I became a certified life coach. I felt I had been doing it all along, so I might as well have the credentials. I've loved both careers and feel very blessed to be able to do what I love. My life's motto has been: "Always ere on the side of kindness or generosity." I still feel this way, but have learned that it's important to treat ourselves this way as well ~ otherwise we just end up giving ourselves away. |

Something beautiful from creation, like a mountain, or waterfall. I'd want it to bring attention to our Creator, and not me. My life purpose is to serve God and live by his direction, so my most important commitment is to help others know what a loving God he is.
