| Introduction | A 16 year veteran of medical sales for the worlds largest and most successful medical device manufacturer Medtronic. I became interested in coaching more than 3 years ago, first as a client seeking a coach as a way to gain objectivity and increase my accountability and jump-start a successful albeit somewhat stalled career. After achieving record sales results with coaching I became passionate about coaching and what it could do for others. I started my training in 2007, ultimately graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management. I have a masters level degree in Executive Coaching and am certified through the International Coach Federation as an ACC. In addition I have participated and completed several performance improvement and performance measurement courses over the years. I am certified in Emotional Intelligence and work with teams and individuals in this area. I am currently working within my company as a coach, leader and change master as well as outside with individuals hungry for further successes and breakthrough performance. |
