| Introduction | WELCOME TO MY VERY FIRST BLOG! I'm a Malaysian. I came to Japan in 1999 to further my studies. Then I'm stuck here until now for almost 13 years. Been alone all this while until I got married on 25 Dec 2009. Now feel happy having my cute wife beside me. I'm now working as a General Manager in Corporate Planning Division in a manufacturing company. I've learn a lot about Japanese culture, the people, their working style, their philosophy in management and etc. The experience and knowledge I gain all this while are so useful. Therefore I started this blog to share my knowledge and experience.
