| Introduction | We met in January of 2008, though it took Astri the next few months to notice that I existed. For me, it was love at first sight. It was a fight to get her to finally notice me, and when she did, she still said "no" the first time I asked her out. Shortly after, she gave in. We started dating with just a few weeks left in the semester. In my haste, I mentioned that instead of her going back to Texas for the summer, she could just stick around in Utah and we could see what happened. Naturally, this scared her away because this was only 4 days after our first date. Not much time passed however, until she decided it would in fact be a good idea to move to Utah for me. I lucked out! We have been together for almost a year now. We're so excited to finally be married on May 8th, 2009! |
