Introduction	The "ALL INDIA CPWD ENGINEERS ASSOCIATION" was formed on 08/09/1998 by Er. R C Kirar, Er M J Khabbar, Er Than Singh, Er P N Trehan, Er M D Sadhwani, Er SPS Saharan and Er Karamvir Singh on the demand of masses which was further recognized by Ministry of Urban Development vide their letter No 4/2/99-EC-III/EW-I dated 26/04/2001. The only Association at that time "CPWD Engineers Association " was failing to represent the voice of masses, self styled and dictorial attitude of the then leadership, personal interests of office bearers, illegal and unconstitutional change in By-laws of Association to the detriment of general members etc are some basic reasons which turned the masses to form a new Association which may fulfill all their dreams, protect the interests of general public/cadre and become the real voice of Promotee Engineers.
