Introduction	I am a woman on a mission to get healthy and lose some of this excess baggage. I have spent too much time making excuses for myself and doing for others. It is time to put myself on the top of my priority list, as Oprah said. This is my time and I need to be happy for me, so that I can be happy with the ones I love. I have 3 children that love me and support me and a cute little dog named Daisy. My kids are 23, 17, and 16 and my dog is 2, LOL!!! Can't leave her out since she is the most spoiled one of the group.
