About me

Introduction	Our names are Jarrod and Sara and we have been married 11 years. We have two boys, James (4) and Josiah (2), who keep us on our toes. We have recently started the international adoption process to bring home our little girl from China. To us adoption speaks so powerfully of the gospel, which is God adopting us into His family. This blog is the result of our desire to document our journey and keep others posted along the way. A few fun facts about our family: we love Hawkeye football, our favorite date night is take-out with a Red box movie, James and Josiah's favorite activity is running shirtless around the house, Jarrod loves sporting neon-green plaid golf pants, and Sara is a secret fan of Star Wars’ Princess Lea. To sum it up, we’re all a little goofy.
