Introduction | Busy being a proud mother to my teenage daughter. She has Celiac Disease and now we all live on a gluten free diet. Because of our lifestyle change, I grew to love coordinating events for R.O.C.K.(Raising Our Celiac Kids) Highlands of NC and VA I originally chartered the group for Charlotte NC in 2009 after my daughter was diagnosed in 2008. R.O.C.K. gives us an opportunity to meet others with the same challenges and help one another go through those challenges together - celebrating the healing power of food and how normal life can be |
