| Introduction | In 2000 I went to Uganda on a mission trip. What God has done in the years since, only He could have orchestrated. Since that time I have become a nurse and been on over 40 short term mission trips to Uganda, Ghana, South Sudan, and Thailand. In 2013 God gave me the word "ABANDONED" as I sought Him in prayer for guidance of the ministry calling He had placed on my heart, thus For the Abandoned Ministries was born. During 2013 I also became an Associate Missionary with Equip International. These 2 changes have provided a more organized structure and direction to the work I have a privilege to be a part of. Needless to say...the journey has been beyond anything I could have imagined and I can't wait to see what God will do in the future. |
