Introduction	What makes me qualified to give the general public my opinion on food? Well for starters I LOVE FOOD! I have a passion for all things food and an appreciate for all styles, ethnicity's, food preparations & techniques. I have actually had a lot of experience myself in the food industry from serving to food prep to kitchen hand in various Asian establishments. I have traveled plenty of the globe and been lucky enough to experience different cultures in its authentic state and it has affected me. So much so that I hope to one day have a degree in the culinary arts. Food is an emotional journey of the taste buds, and I hope to give fair opinions of my journeys :)
