| Introduction | When I got married, one of the first dishes my new husband got was burned boiled eggs. I am not sure how I did it but they were pretty brown and rubbery. My cooking was actually memorable but not in a good way. I was great at turning anything juicy into a dry, flavorless,piece of leather. Now, I help my ex-in-laws with their restaurant, helping with food prep, customer service, and making some pretty amazing desserts. I have come a long way since that first burned egg and things keep getting better. My blog is starting out a bit like my cooking, considering my first blog just disappeared today, but I promise it will get better. It is never too late to pick up a new technique or two and I promise there may be some things that can still surprise you.
