IntroductionI didn't realize it was a cliche to say "I always wanted to be a teacher". Apparently it is, so I wont say that. Rather, I will tell you I have an earnest desire to help people. I love school. Most of all, I loved to teach. I used to finish my work quickly just to get up and help other people with their work. This, however, was unacceptable with my teachers who'd often direct me to sit down. I always had a thirst for knowledge. I enjoy reading anything from fiction to non-fiction, magazines to blogs, Wikipedia to poetry... you name it. I have graduated from Montclair State University and I am looking for a English teaching position in a Middle or High School. In the meantime I'd like to stay active in the education community so I will be blogging about recent news in education as well as my own experiences in finding a job, substitute teaching, and attending interviews. Hopefully I will soon be able to blog about my personal experience as a teacher!
