| Introduction | Hi. I'm the proud mother of two young ladies. One is a college student at the University of Virginia and the other is a high school freshman. I enjoy sewing quilts, clothing and small home dec. projects. I try to make anything I can rather than buy it. I get inspiration from Pinterest, magazines and friends. I also enjoy trying out new recipes, working in my yard and garden, reading books and running. I travel when I can (college tuition does not allow for much), I have been to many countries and a few of my favorites are Spain, Costa Rica, and Panama. I have many more on my bucket list that I want to see or see again in different seasons. I love learning about history. Oh, and I teach Spanish at a local elementary school and love every minute of that as well. |
