Introduction	Everyone wants peace of mind. I also hope peace of mind. Recently I noticed I love writing both in Japanese and in English. Writing makes my mind clear and calm. Especially, English is foreign language for me, so I can't express my emotion and opinion without arranging my thought. I found that my mind was lighter after writing English essays. Writing English essays brings me peace of mind.
