Introduction	I'm a stay at home mom to 3 pretty little girls who are homeschooled. I'm a vegetarian, trying to be a better vegan for health reasons. I'm having a hard time giving up cheese and ice cream, milk was NO problem! Even though we eat those things, I try to at least eat them infrequently. I have a husband that doesn't want to give up meat for himself, but he allows me to raise our girls veggie.
